Learning About Herbs

As we patiently wait for our herbs to grow, we have been enjoying some activities to help us learn more about them. I have always been intrigued by herbs and their healing properties, so I am learning right along with the girls.

Here are some of the ways we are learning to identify and use common herbs…
We made beeswax models of our favorite herbs.

We printed free photo cards and played herb memory and go fish.

Wildcraft is a great game for learning about the healing properties of herbs.

Coloring has really helped us with herb identification.
