Independent Valentines

February 12, 2011

Making Valentine’s Day cards has been a fun yearly tradition for us as a family. Over the years we have explored a variety of Valentine ideas and projects. This year we decided to surround ourselves with interesting materials and blank cards and to let it all unfold.

The girls had a wonderful time and every card they created turned out to be a one-of-a-kind piece of art. It was amazing to see their self-expression take hold and the pride they felt in each finished card.

Happy Valentine’s Day!
