From the Heart

August 18, 2011

Today, Jean from the The Artful Parent shares her experience of engaging in the project From the Heart with her daughter. From the Heart is one of our family favorites. Since introducing the activity to the girls, we have established a nice collection of heart maps over the years. It is so interesting to see how they have changed over time. I gain wonderful insight into where my daughters are at emotionally by paying attention to the items in their heart that remain consistent, as well as the new additions.

I love Jean’s idea of having the entire family make a heart map and creating a family gallery!

You can find more details on their experience, Jeans’s impressions of the book, and a giveaway over at The Artful Parent
