Food for Thought: Parents, Children, and Nutrition

November 30, 2009

Picking PeasI had a great conversation with pediatrician, Dr. Michael Schessel, and nutritionist, Jessica Reijnders-Schessel, about tips for parents on how to provide healthy foods for the family and ways to engage children in making good choices about the food they eat. You can read the article, “Children, Parents, and Nutrition” over at the East Hampton Star.

I would love to hear any successful strategies you use in your home to inspire healthy eating.
